Delete your Robbi Care account
If you would like to delete your Robbi Care account and the personal data associated with it, you can submit an account deletion request using the instructions below.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Robbi Care account:
- Send an email to privacy@robbi.care.
- Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Robbi Care account.
- Use the subject line: “Account deletion request”.
- Include a short statement confirming that you want your Robbi Care account and associated personal data to be deleted.
What happens next
We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the deletion request.
After verification, we will process the deletion of your Robbi Care account and the personal data associated with it.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
